It's good to be having one of those days
Life is good. Don't ask me why. I know even less why than you do. All I know is that life is good, and that's all I need to know.

*Ahem*
I'd like to remind you that the deadline for this is closing in. I can't guarantee there are still tickets, even less so tomorrow. Hurry if you haven't already.Especially anyone who was in JHS choir '99-'00. We're singing a song from choir of that year. And fabulously. Plus a number of other great songs, so I want all of you to be there.

Well, no, I've never been to Africa, but I'm sure I've got malaria!
This particular cold/flu/whatever, like many others, has given me problems with my tonsils. Particularly the right one. I was never really surprised that it might do that; my family has abnormally large tonsils to begin with, so when they swell, it's to be expected that the now monstrous adenoids would get in the way of things. It actually hurts to turn my head too far to the right. This time round, though, I heard on completely seperate occasions from people who don't know each other about how they had painful problems with a tonsil(s), and had it looked at. These people had a periotonsil abcess (or as my mother's doctor called it when she was young, Old-Fashioned Quinsy) a quite nasty thing that's really quite icky, apparently. Now as the days pass, and my only complaint is in my right tonsil, I'm convinced more and more that the sharp pain I feel there is an abcess.Do any of you know how to do a tonsilectomy? For free? Safely?
My Rented Mother
If Nora starts (or continues) panicking, someone please tell her I'm at my parents' house still, being well fed and fretted about sufficiently by my family. I should be back in time tomorrow (Monday) at least to get on a bus for downtown. She needn't worry.

*wheeze*
Ryan must go to bed, for Ryan is still quite sick. Too sick to stay up all night browsing the internet for the truly trivial.
